Our Project Lead was in the neighborhood working on another job when he noticed missing shingles on this home. Concerned about potential water damage, he stopped by, inspected the roof, and patched the damaged area to protect the home.

The homeowner had filed an insurance claim, but it was initially denied. The challenge was to document the storm-related damage effectively, appeal the decision, and work directly with the insurance company to get approval for the roof replacement — all while keeping the homeowner informed and confident in the process.
