Evergreen Sales Opportunity

The Project Lead role at Evergreen Construction Company, Inc., is a unique recession-proof sales career in an expanding company. As a Project Lead, your primary responsibility is to sell and secure new projects.

In this position, you will actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged areas throughout the Twin Cities. You will also provide homeowners with retail estimates for non-storm-related projects. Evergreen’s Services include roofing, siding, windows, gutters, solar arrays, and insulation. After shadowing an Evergreen Senior Project Lead, you will be able to successfully pursue sales in your assigned territory.

Evergreen will furnish prequalified territories, digital advertising, insurance company referrals, and direct mail leads. These leads are earned by upholding Evergreen’s Core Values of teamwork, work ethic, honesty, responsibility, and customer service. After you have your foot in the door, Evergreen will refer you on Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram, and association websites.
