Based on currently available guidance, homeowners must meet the following criteria:

• Primary Residence: Single-family home or duplex

• Ownership: Owner of record

• Insurance: Active and valid homeowners insurance policy

• Location: Property located in Minnesota

• Home Condition: Structurally sound (foundation and walls in good repair)

• Income Limits: No income restrictions announced at this time
